At Equator Gourmet, we are committed to delivering your premium vanilla beans efficiently and safely, whether you’re ordering in small quantities or bulk for wholesale purposes.


 

Shipping Locations

 


We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and selected international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at equatorgourmet@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote.


 

Processing Time

 


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Note: During high-demand periods or due to customs clearances, processing times may take longer. You will be notified of any delays via email.

Equator Gourmet is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred on international shipments. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


 

Shipping of Perishable Goods

 


Due to the sensitive nature of vanilla beans, we take special care to vacuum seal and pack all orders securely. If you receive a damaged or compromised product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.


 

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
